I'm solidly on the good foot with my workout regimen. Now, how to stay on course? A friend of mine said that when he records what he does (running, yoga), he takes it more seriously. I believe in that too. Gold stars on a calendar work for me. Thanks to Lifehacker I'm also trying this little web site called Don't Break the Chain. The idea (based on Jerry Seinfeld's advice to a young comic) is to mark on a calendar each day you've accomplished your task. "After a few days you'll have a chain. Just keep at it and the chain will grow longer every day. You'll like seeing that chain, especially when you get a few weeks under your belt. Your only job next is to not break the chain."
